PB & J Protein Shake (Shake great diet! Virtually no carbs)
2 scoops of whey protein (neutral or vanilla)
8-12 oz water (add 1% milk, if you want a bit 'creamier texture)
1 tbsp. Natural butter (smooth) peanut
1 tbsp. Linseed oil or flax meal
1 tsp. Sugar free Strawberry Jam
Mix all the ingredients at high speed for 45 seconds to a minute
Add ice to taste if you prefer a larger volume or the water cooler.

This is a great tasting smoothie! So much for vanilla and orange peel, you want to drink over and over and over again! Add more or less protein, liquid or air / vanilla bean to your liking.
